The FHI Fast Track program in Culinary Arts offers students a guaranteed pathway which leads to a fully accredited Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Arts. The programs at El Centro College are certified by the American Culinary Federation with an exemplary rating. The Food & Hospitality Institute also enjoys an over 40 year history of creating the most highly qualified culinary and hospitality professionals in North Texas and beyond. The college recognizes that your success is the most important consideration when selecting where you want to attend culinary school and it is for this reason that we have created this cohort-based program. Statistically, students in a cohort (a group of students working together through the same academic curriculum) enjoy the highest rates of completion and when you spend two years with your classmates at El Centro College you will have the skills, experience, connectivity to the industry and confidence to launch your professional career in one of the most exciting, rewarding and important industries in the world!

How do I apply?
